The Muddy Cheese (a type of traditional Turkish cheese), made from special milk and found with great difficulty even in Tire, is produced exclusively for our guests.
Black mulberries, harvested in the right season from the same region's trees, are paired with Muddy Cheese, transforming into one of the famous flavours of the Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı.
