Whether you’re a solo diner enjoying a taste of Türkiye on one plate, or simply stopping by for a coffee and a dish infused with our signature goodness, it’s all the warmth and flavour of Bazlama in a lighter, laid-back style.

In Turkish, Anne means “mother”, and that’s exactly who Nurten is to us. She’s the mother of Bazlama, the guiding spirit in our kitchen, and the creator of our beloved artisan jams. With 36 lovingly crafted varieties, each jar holds her warmth, care, and the joy she finds in discovering new flavours. Her jams aren’t just sweet…they carry the comfort of a home-cooked breakfast, the generosity of a family table, and the feeling of being truly looked after. At Bazlama, every bite carries a little of her love.
